What types of auto parts do you sell?
We sell all kinds of aftermarket auto parts for most makes and models. We carry lots of brands and offer a variety of option for any parts that you need. Our top selling parts consist of brake, suspension, engine, drivetrain, electrical and body parts.
How do I know if I am buying the correct part for my car?
Our “Select Your Vehicle” tool will have you enter your vehicle information. From there you can browse through all the parts on the “shop” page and it will only show the products that fit your vehicle. Alternatively, you can view our fitment information on the product page.
Can I shop in store?
You can visit our store to place and order and our team will happily assist you with that. Please note that payment is needed to process the order. Keep in mind that all parts are not in stock and there will be a processing time to have your order ready. It usually takes 1-2 business days but in some cases it can take slightly longer.
Can I order online and pickup from the store?
You have the option to order online and pickup in store free of charge. Make sure to choose the pickup option at the checkout page. Orders are usually ready to be picked up within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping
How fast can you deliver?
We ship with various courier and postal companies. In most cases your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days depending on where you are located. Tracking number will be provided and you can get an estimated delivery date from the tracking information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping but in some cases some it will not qualify for free shipping. Remote areas, PO boxes, and oversized items may come with an added charge.
Do you ship all sizes of parts?
Yes, we do. Larger parts may come with an extra oversize charge. In some cases, due to the size and destination the courier or postal company may not accept the package.
Do you ship all over Canada?
We currently ship nationwide. Remote areas or PO boxes can sometimes be difficult to ship to. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will have to cancel your order.
Returns
What is the return period?
Our return period is 30 days from the date of order.
How do I return my order?
To return an order you have to either ship the order back to us or physically return it to our store. Returns will only be accepted within our return period and the items have to be in the original condition. For more information please view our return policy.
Return process for orders that have been shipped?
We do not offer free returns. You are responsible to ship the order back to us. We may provide a return shipping label if requested but it will be at your cost.
Return process for pickup orders?
You can return it back to our store. Please make sure to bring an invoice copy or an order confirmation.
