This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Partsvast.ca, owned and operated by Fordon Inc., a legally registered Canadian business based in Mississauga, Ontario. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Fordon Inc. doing business as Partsvast.ca (“Partsvast”).
Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on location. Most orders within Canada are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping starts at $18.99 and varies based on the item size and weight. Larger items may also be subject to an additional oversized shipping fee.
Nationwide Shipping Across Canada
We proudly deliver across Canada. Please note that additional charges may apply for shipping to remote areas or P.O. Boxes. In some cases, these orders may be subject to cancellation due to logistical challenges.

To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we partner with a variety of trusted carriers. Our trusted partners include UPS, Canpar Express, Purolator, ICS Courier, FedEx, Canada Post.

Order Pickup Process:
- Place your order online and choose the pickup option during the checkout process.
- Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready. Some items can take longer.
- When your order is ready we will send an email confirmation saying that it is ready for pickup.
- Provide your order receipt at the time of pickup.
- ID is required to pickup an order. ID has to match the buyer’s details.
Same Day Pickup:
The products shown on our website are not available in store for immediate pickup. Order that are placed online are usually ready within 1-2 business days, however, some items can take longer.
We do offer same day pickup but it applies to certain items only. We typically require that you order before noon for your order to be ready same day later in the afternoon.
