Warranty Policy

Parts Vast is an online auto parts company that offers a variety of products from different aftermarket brands. The warranty of the products that we sell is only covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty of our products varies in coverage and duration depending on the manufacturer’s warranty. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide detailed warranty information for each item as there are over thousands of products and brands. Each product and brand differs in coverage. Below is a general warranty guideline:

Warranty Information

  • Coverage: Covered only on manufacturing defects. The defective item will be replaced or repaired.
  • Duration: Generally comes with 1 year warranty.
  • Non-Warranty Items: Some products do not come with warranty. For example, exterior parts such as bumpers, fenders, hoods or some electrical parts.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Not Covered: Improper installation, misuse, modification or normal wear and tear.
  • Labor Cost: We are not responsible for labor costs, installation or subsequent damage or issue. If the product is faulty it will only be replaced or repaired.
  • Shipping Costs: If you are making a warranty claim, you have to ship it back or drop it off at our store.

The approval of a warranty claim is decided by the manufacturer based on their warranty policy. We are simply processing the warranty claim from our customer to the manufacturer.
